- Women’s Group Luton women’s group runs every week for 2 hours on Friday, from 12.30pm until 2.30pm, from our centre in Dumfries Street.
- Men’s Group Luton men’s group runs every Friday morning from 10.30am – 12.00pm, from our centre in Dumfries Street.
- Lighthouse Young People’s Group aimed at 18-30 year olds is open every Thursday between 1.00 – 2.30 pm at Luton Wellbeing Centre, 46-56 Dumfries Street, Luton.
