Equality Data and Information

Our school uses equality for a range of reasons.  We analyse the types of faiths and religions that the children who attend the school celebrate, so that our RE sessions match the cohort of children.

We also analyse our assessment data into groups of children, so that we can see how children are responding to our curriculum and how we can further help to embed long-term life skills.

We have a SEND resource provision, which supports the individual development of children who may have severe and complex special educational needs. By analysing the area of need, we can ensure that our staff are trained and experienced to meet all children's needs and then our curriculum is tailored to ensure our interventions are accurate and progressive.

Our EAL Learning Mentor analyses our home language data allows both children and families to be supported to learn English, so that their views are valued.
